Maryse vs. Mickie James: James tries to attack before the bell; here we go as the bell rings, Maryse avoids James early on, and poses. Lock up, to the ropes and James pulls her down and they get back to the feet, still locked up, and a go behind by James. They break, Maryse runs to the ropes and she poses. James attacks, grabs her hair and then gets a roll up with the bridge for 2. Off the ropes, snap mare by James, basement dropkick and a cover for 3. Back elbow by James, goes for the head scissors, tossed to the apron and Maryse then lights her up with a high kick. Sup Cro Cop. The ref counts on James as Maryse wants him to count faster. James back in, Maryse grabs her by the hair and slams her to the mat. Maryse talks shit, forearms by James, off the ropes and a back elbow by Maryse and a cover for 2. Maryse HUMBLES James with the camel clutch variation. Maryse slaps her repeatedly, wipes her face on the mat and then reapplied the hold. James escapes, but Maryse dumps her to the floor. She follows, slaps James a bit, and then rolls her back in. Maryse grabs the spray bottle, slides back into the ring and a sidekick by James. She grabs the spray, they go to the floor and the ref takes it from her. Mickey then Thesz Presses Maryse on the floor, rights follow and then slams her to the apron. James goes up top, leaps in and Maryse moves, James hits hard, and Maryse covers for 2. Camel clutch variation once again by Maryse, James works to escape, to her knees and then stands with Maryse on her back, drops back and both ladies are down. They trade blows from the knees, make your own jokes, James slams her to the mat. They brawl, charging forearm by James, a clothesline follows and another. Neck breaker by James and a cover for 2. To the corner, a whip, counter and a back elbow by James. Head scissors follows, but Maryse pulls her into the ropes and rolls her up for 2. Boot by James, but Maryse tosses her off, counter and the DDT by James and that is all. Mickie James defeated Maryse @ 9:00 via pin [*] This was unfortunately no good, with no connection with the crowd. Maryse is a great character, but wasn’t a good wrestler; Mickie tried, but it was bad; a collection of moves with no real connection, no emotion and no soul.

R-Truth & Kofi Kingston vs. Team Hell No: Kane and Kofi start things off, Kofi uses his speed, hits a dropkick and tags in Truth. They double-team Kane, but Kane cuts off Truth. Bryan tags in and lays in the kicks, telling Kane that this is how it’s done. Truth battles back, hits an arm drag and Kofi flies in, hitting a high cross for 2. Double teams on Bryan follow, Truth dances and hits a leg drop for 2. Rights follow, Kane tags himself in and takes control. Bryan likes it as Kane takes control, beating on Kane in the corner. Bryan tags in as the teamwork gets smoother. He lays in kicks on Truth, hits a dropkick and covers for 2. He and Kane work quick tags, continuing the heat on Truth. Watching Kane and Bryan slowly get along was fun until they had miscommunication. They argue, push and shove and Bryan begs off. Bryan wants a hug and they hug it out. Truth back in and gets the tag. Kofi runs wild to the jeers of the crowd. The boom drop follows, but Kane pulls Bryan to the floor to save him. Kofi attacks and hits a tope as they argue. Back in and Bryan cuts off Kofi and applies the No Lock, but Truth makes the save, only to be taken out by Kane. Bryan hits the shotgun dropkick, Kane tags in but Bryan helps him as Kofi goes for a RANA. Bryan knocks Kane off the ropes onto Kofi for the pin and Team Hell No wins the titles. Bryan celebrates. Daniel Bryan and Kane defeated Kofi Kingston and R Truth © to win the titles @ 8:23 via pin [**] The action was fine, but most of the attention was spent on the angle between Kane and Bryan not getting along. While not exactly a great PPV match by any means, the crowd loved the act, and the titles weren’t really doing anything for Kofi and Truth. Kane and Bryan were looked at as main eventers, the crowd reaction is proof of that, and the pairing obviously worked.

Dean Ambrose vs. Dolph Ziggler: Ziggler looks to ground things with his amateur skills, but Ambrose makes the ropes. This was during the whole Authority era, so JBL keeps kissing Triple H’s ass and saying best for business. Ziggler hits a dropkick, grounds Ambrose and follows with the repeated elbows as JBL males heart attack jokes at Lawler. Ziggler hits the cactus clothesline and they spill to the floor. They head right back in, trade chops and strikes. Ambrose hits a spinebuster and grounds Ziggler, working his back. He then rubs Ziggler’s face in the mat, and works a chinlock. Ambrose transitions to the stranglehold, Ziggler fights to his feet, escapes and gets a sunset flip for 2. They trade pin attempts, Ziggler to the ropes but Ambrose cuts him off and hits a butterfly superplex for 2. Ambrose sets and heads up top, but Ziggler pops up top and hits the super x-factor for 2. They trade counters, and Ambrose gets a roll up for 2. Ziggler hits the corner splash and strikes, the clothesline follows for 2. Ziggler gets the sleeper, but Ambrose escapes with a Saito suplex. Ambrose follows with jabs, but Ziggler cradles him for 2. Ambrose with an O’Connor roll for 2. Ziggler hits the fameasser, but Ambrose gets the ropes. Ziggler counters the headlock driver, rolling up Ambrose for 2. Ambrose slams Ziggler to the corner and the headlock driver finishes things. US Champion Dean Ambrose defeated Dolph Ziggler @ 9:46 via pin [**¼] I felt that the match was ok, but completely unspectacular. Maybe it was because I expected more from them, maybe it was that it felt too short, or maybe it was because people didn’t seem to care about it. This had all of the enthusiasm of a 10:30 Raw match, and was completely disappointing considering the talent involved.

– End scene.
