TJP vs. Gran Metalik: These two met backstage earlier today to set up this match. Metalik is in all black tonight. They work a fast paced opening stretch, with Metalik working arm drags and a basement dropkick. TJP avoids a charge, but Metalik send shim to the floor. Metalik follows, and TJP cuts him off. Metalik then runs off the steps, hitting a RANA. Back in and Metalik heads up top and gets crotched. TJP puts him n the tree of WHOA and hits a dropkick. TJP takes the heat, hits a back elbow and covers for 2. TJP hits a springboard forearm and covers for 2. TJP follows with a senton atomico, covering again for 2. TJP keeps control, grounding the action. Metalik tries to fire up, cut off and TJP hits a suplex for 2. TJP grounds things again, working the arm. He then slams Metalik to the buckles, sets him up top and follows him up. Metalik fights back, and hits a sunset bomb off the ropes. Metalik follows with a superkick and bulldog. The ropewalk dropkick follows for 2. TJP counters out of the Metalik driver, grabbing at the mask. He then hits the gut buster for 2. TJP looks for a detonation kick, Metalik fires back and hits an enziguri, He heads up top and the ropewalk elbow drop and Metalik driver connect for the win. Gran Metalik defeated TJP @ 9:08 via pin [**¾] I love that Metalik won, but why bring TJP back last week and have him win, only to have him lose right away. Hopefully this means they will do something with Gran Metalik, who has been horribly under utilized. The match was pretty good overall.

– TJP throws a temper tantrum post match. He then tosses shit from the announce table because he’s a big old baby. So TJP went from just an asshole to over reacting loser.

– Dasha interviews Enzo. Enzo says he’s doing ok following his injuries, and says he may get a Ford tattoo, because he’s built Ford tough. He’d defend his title tonight, but the doctors won’t allow him. Tony Nese arrives and says he had some sense beaten into him and wants back in the Zo Train. He will beat Alexander tonight.

– Jack Gallagher arrives. Gallagher says Itami is not here, because he’s healing form the thrashing he delivered last week. He took out Itami as revenge for what Itami did to Kendrick. He is here to ruin Itami’s life. Itami’s music hits and he’s here. Itami makes his way to the ring, and lays in strikes on Gallagher and follows with a kick. Gallagher gets the umbrella, Itami blocks the shot and chases Gallagher away with the umbrella. This feud must continue.

– Alexander is interviewed about last night’s title match. He knows he’ll get a rematch and is more motivated than ever. Goldust arrives and warns Alexander not to be taken advantage of. He knows Enzo can talk his way out of anything, and warns him that Enzo will be ringside during Alexander’s match with Nese tonight.

– Enzo arrives at ringside for our main event, saying the same old shit.

Cedric Alexander vs. Tony Nese: Nese poses and we’re underway. They lock up and Nese attacks the arm. Alexander escapes, picks up the pace but Nese cuts him off right away. Nese controls, constantly saying he’s doing it for Enzo. Alexander cuts him off, hitting a head scissors and dropkick. Nese had enough of that bullshit, pulling Alexander to the floor and slamming Alexander to he barricade. Back in and Nese covers for 1. Nese then grounds the action, Enzo yells a lot, making the only real noise in the building. Alexander hits a desperation jawbreaker, but Nese immediately cuts him off, and covers for 2. Nese again grounds things, poses, and that allows Alexander to fight back. Nese whips Alexander to the buckles, but misses a charge. Alexander hits a back elbow, trips up Nese and hits a running kick. Alexander hits a slingshot flatliner. Alexander follows with a beautiful tope, and back in, covers for 2. Nese counters out of the lumbar check and gets a rollup for 2. Alexander quickly fires back with the springboard clothesline for 2. Nese stuns Alexander off the ropes, follows with kicks and knees. Alexander looks for a neutralizer, but Nese catches him and hits a gut buster for 2. Alexander starts to fire up, lighting up Nese, hey work into counters but Alexander falls to the mat, grasping at his leg. But it was a trap as Alexander suckers Nese in and rolls him up for the win. Cedric Alexander defeated Tony Nese @ 9:10 via pin [**¾] This was another pretty good match, with Alexander picking up another win and keeping momentum. On top of that, Alexander pulled a trick out of Enzo’s book to show him that he’s focused on doing anything to win the title.

– Post match, Alexander does a little dance and makes sure Enzo knew he was faking. Enzo tells Nese to leave and is pissed at Alexander for hurting him last night. Enzo talks shit, and Alexander attacks, hits the lumbar check and stands tall.

– End Scene.

– Thanks for reading.

Tonight’s 205 Live was an overall pretty good episode. The wrestling was largely fun, but we still have the same issues with the crowd just not caring for the most part. So we had pretty good wrestling, the continuation of Gallagher & Itami and Alexander scoring another win as he looks for another shot at the title.
