– Follow all of my reviews at this link.

– We get highlights of last week’s show.

– Drew Gulak is out for a match. He gets promo time and says he will put an end to Tozawa tonight. He then talks about Halloween and presents a PowerPoint on improving Halloween. #1 is no candy, he suggests sweet potatoes instead. #2 is no trick or treating, because it may as well be chanting. Tozawa interrupts.

Akira Tozawa vs. Drew Gulak: Tozawa attacks at the bell and they work to the ground. Tozawa follows with kicks and a standing senton. He then stomps out Gulak in the corner and sends him to the floor. Tozawa teases a dive, but Gulak walks away. Back in and Gulak attacks with boots and chops. Tozawa cuts him off right away, and beats on Gulak in the corner. Gulak misses a charge, but catches Tozawa in the throat with a lariat, attacking the previously injured neck. Gulak lays in more strikes to the neck, keeping good focus and covering for 2. Gulak now works a neck crank, keeping Tozawa grounded. Tozawa fights back, hits a RANA and Saito suplex. Tozawa heads up top, but Gulak rolls to the floor, Tozawa hits the suicide dive and back in and Tozawa covers for 2. Gulak fights off a suplex, hits Tozawa in the throat and covers for 2. Tozawa fires back with a kick, heads up top and the big senton finishes Gulak. Akira Tozawa defeated Drew Gulak @ 6:01 via pin [**¾] Pretty good little match here, playing well off of their rivalry and making for an overall fun outing.

– Swann and Alexander meet backstage, and talk about their issues with Kendrick and Gallagher.

– Mustafa Ali talks about tonight’s main event and trick or treating.

– Kalisto challenges Enzo at Survivor Series.

Rich Swann vs. Brian Kendrick: Alexander and Gallagher are at ringside. The tease here is that Alexander may turn on Swann and join the heels. Alexander and Swann come out to clown music, and Swann is dressed like a clown, since Gallagher and Kendrick called him one last week. Kendrick talks shit to Swann, which leads to Swann dancing and then taking Kendrick down and well, clowning around. Kendrick attacks, ripping off Swann’s oversized gloves and getting angry. Swann pokes him in the eyes, Kendrick to the apron and then back in, but runs into a head scissors. They pick up the pace and Swann hits s dropkick. Swann to the floor, Gallagher looks to attack but simply distracts Swann, allowing Kendrick to attack. Back in and Kendrick hits a suplex, covering for 2. Kendrick takes the heat, slamming Swann to the buckles and then grounding him. Swann fights back, hitting a RANA to take Kendrick off the ropes, and covering for 2. Swann follows with the head kick, covering for 2. Kendrick counters out, hitting a reverse suplex and covering for 2. Swann battles back with rights, but Kendrick locks in the captain’s hook, but Swann is in the ropes. Kendrick sets Swann up top, they trade strikes and Kendrick hits a butterfly superplex for 2. Swann escapes the captain’s hook and kicks Kendrick to the floor. Swann wipes out Kendrick with a tope. Kendrick tossed back in. Alexander takes out Gallagher, allowing Swann to hit a Phoenix splash for the win. Rich Swann defeated Brian Kendrick @ 9:44 via pin [**½] They had to fight through all of the clown shit and a largely dead crowd, but they worked really hard. Unfortunately this was rather average at best.

– Daivari cuts a promo before the match, kissing Enzo’s ass. He then runs down the town and the people. Shut the fuck up please.

Fright Night Fatal Four-Way No DQ Match: Mustafa Ali vs. Gran Metalik vs. Ariya Daivari vs. Tony Nese: All of the left over Halloween themed props from Raw surround the ring. So we’re basically going to do the same thing as last night on Raw, but with the little guys? Ali gives Metalik some candy, but Daivari eventually takes one, but Nese refuses. The heels attack at the bell, but Metalik and Ali fight back and clear the ring. They then work some fun back and forth with flippity doos. Nese and Daivari attack, with Daivari taking Metalik to the floor. Ali throws a pumpkin in the face of Nese, and tries to force-feed him candy. Daivari back in and hits a spinebuster on Ali for 2. Daivari takes out Metalik, and starts throwing candy on the floor and grabs a lucha mask. He puts it on and does cartwheels. Ali attacks, but Daivari slams him to the corner. Daivari sets him up top and follows. Ali rips of his mask and knocks Daivari to the mat. Ali puts the mask on a skeleton and throws it at Daivari, Metalik follows with a missile dropkick. Nese and Daivari now have the kendo sticks, and work over Ali. Ali now in the tree of WHOA, and Nese does crunches and throws pumpkins at Ali. Metalik flies in but gets hit with a kendo stick, and Daivari covers for 3. Nese gets a black bag from under the ring, Ali fights back but Daivari takes him out and dumps candy on him. Nese accidentally hits Daivari and sends him into the bucket of apples. Metalik hits a high cross on Nese to the floor. Ali then makes Nese eat candy, Metalik and Ali argue over the pin and they brawl. Metalik sets Ali up top, Nese over with them and we get a tower of doom spot, Daivari flies in with a splash but the cover only gets 2 on Ali. Daivari slides a table in the ring, sets it up and Metalik throws a pumpkin at him and lays him on the table. Nese cuts him off with a kendo stick and gets the black back and spills candy corn on the table ala the thumbtack spot. Nese and Metalik up top and Metalik backdrops Nese through the table but Daivari breaks up the pin. Daivari posts Metalik, but Ali hits him with a pumpkin pie. Ali follows with an enziguri and Ali grabs a broom and uses it to fly into the ring onto Daivari and the broomstick leg drop picks up the win. Mustafa Ali defeated Gran Metalik, Ariya Daivari, and Tony Nese @ 13:10 via pin [***] I am not a big fan of these holiday-themed gimmick matches, because I feel that these four guys could have had a really great match. But I will give them credit, they took something I have absolutely no love for and made it fun. They had a good match, but I am good on holiday-themed matches for a while.

Tonight’s show was all wrestling, and was an overall pretty good and easy to watch show.
