– Follow all of my reviews at this link.

– Enzo is out to kick off the show. The ring is decorated for Enzo’s “Zo Show,” claiming that he’s a ratings draw, and says money can buy happiness. He gets boring chants. He was happy before he came to the UK and runs them down, calling the country a dump and calls Manchester “Blandchester.” He runs down Dunne by saying he doesn’t even know his name. He says there are more conspiracies against him than in the JFK files. He gets more boring chants. He gets repetitive, running down the UK and the UK division. He brings out Mark Andrews, Tucker, Jordan Devlin, James Drake, Tyler Bate and Joseph Conners. Enzo says all these guys are is potential. He starts interviewing them, with Devlin saying he’s like him and in it for the money. Tucker runs down Enzo, so Enzo moves on to Drake. Drake is all in on the Zo train. Andrews is next, and saying he’s a great highflier, and says he needs to cut weight. Bate is up next. Enzo runs him down, and makes a mustache joke. Bate doesn’t want to be part of the Zo train, because he doesn’t want to listen to Enzo’s voice every day. Enzo says life ain’t fair, and you have to do things you don’t like to do and offers him a spot as his butler. Bate laughs him off and drops Enzo like a bad habit with a straight left to thank you Tyler chants. Kalisto arrives and he’ll be competing next. Well that was certainly a segment.

– Bate faces Enzo later tonight.

– We get a James Drake video package.

– Gallagher cuts a promo, heeling on the crowd. He’s a new man now, a man who is dignified and doesn’t need Manchester because he’s bigger than Manchester & bigger than Brittain.

Kalisto vs. Jack Gallagher: Kalisto takes control right away, and hitting an arm drag, sending Gallagher to the floor. Kalisto hits a springboard dive to the floor, but Gallagher cuts him off on the floor. Back in the ring and Gallagher covers for 2. Gallagher lays in some ground and pound, and then works the arm of Kalisto, grounding the action. Kalisto fires up with kicks, but is immediately cut off by a shoulder block, and Gallagher covers for 2. Kalisto again tries to fire up and sends Gallagher to the floor. Back in and Kalisto hits a head scissors, the spiked RANA follows and Kalisto covers for 2. The crowd is scary silent for this. Kalisto lays in rights and a spin kick. Gallagher sidesteps a moonsault and locks in an arm bar. Kalisto rolls out and right into a salida del sol for the win; fun finish. Kalisto defeated Jack Gallagher @ 5:23 via pin [**¼] This was a solid match with a fun finish that no one cared about.

– Enzo rants about Tyler Bate.

– We get some video on the UK guys.

Mark Andrews and Cedric Alexander vs. Joseph Conners and James Drake: Andrews an Conners into begin. They work some solid back and forth, Andrews picks up the pace and hits a RANA. The dropkick follows for 2. Alexander tags in and Conners cuts him off and tags Drake in. Alexander hit a head scissors and dropkick, tagging Andrews back in and they work double teams, leading to a near fall. Conners and Drake heel things up, and take control on Andrews. They work quick tags and double teams, Andrews tries to get the tag, but eats a wheelbarrow slam. He starts to fight back again, and finally tags in Alexander. Jesus this crowd doesn’t give a fuck. Alexander runs wild, hits the springboard lariat for 2 as Drake makes the save. Alexander hits the neutralizer kick and Andrews follows with a shooting star press for the win. Mark Andrews and Cedric Alexander defeated Joseph Conners and James Drake @ 4:51 via pin [**½] This was a perfectly average tag match with a dead crowd.

– We get a Tyler Bate video package.

Non-Title match: Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore vs. Tyler Bate: Bate takes control early with his speed and actual wrestling skill. Oh hey, there are some fans here and they made some noise. Enzo takes a powder, comes back in and eats an uppercut and overhead toss. Enzo powders once again. Bate chases, but gets slammed to the barricade several times. Back in and Enzo works him over in the corner, laying the boots to him. The side slam follows for 2. Enzo talks some trash, and just beats down Bate before working a side headlock. Bate hits a belly to back suplex, and then a rebound lariat. He hits a knee strike, but Enzo cuts him off with a stomp. Enzo sets Bate up top, but Bate fights him off and sends Enzo to the mat. Enzo gets backup and shoves Bate to the floor, he caught his leg in the rope son the way down, which had to suck. Back in and Enzo turns him inside out with a clothesline, great sell by Bate. Enzo hits eat defeat for the win. Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore defeated Tyler Bate @ 8:04 via pin [*½] After losing to Dunne last night, Enzo getting his revenge and a win back tonight was expected. But it was disappointing watching a guy who was in WWE’s best match of 2017, having to dumb his game down so much so that Enzo could keep up. You’d hope that Enzo would step up his game here, but nope.

Wow, this was a depressing show to watch. They filled the show with UK talent, in the UK and absolutely no one cared. It was depressing, flat and felt like a chore to watch. If you can’t get UK fans to care about UK wrestlers while in the UK, that is a fail.
