– Humberto Carrillo defeated Jack Gallagher, Mark Andrews, & James Drake @ 10:05 via pin [***]
Non-Title Match: Champion Tony Nese defeated Ligero @ 14:20 via pin [***¼]

Jack Gallagher vs. Mark Andrews vs. Humberto Carrillo vs. James Drake: Drake powders and leaves the other three to fight. They work into some three-way spots, and Drake sneaks in and gets a cradle for 2. Drake tries to run and Mark cuts him off with an enziguri and Gallagher & Carrillo double team him. Drake slams Mark off the apron and then attacks Carrillo. He dumps Gallagher, and follows with a spin kick for 2. Drake takes control, pummeling Carrillo with strikes, and knocks Gallagher back to the floor. The suplex on Carrillo gets 2. Drake then grounds the action, but Gallagher distracts him before getting knocked back to the floor. Carrillo fires back with kicks and follows with a tope. Mark then hits a RANA, and DDTs Drake on the floor. Gallagher goes old school and gets William the umbrella and flies to the floor, wiping out the pile. Back in and Gallagher hits a delayed suplex on Mark. Gallagher up top and Drake cuts him off. He follows him up and Mark joins n and hits a reverse RAA on Drake. Gallagher flies in with a head butt and Carrillo flies in with a twisting splash for 2. They trade strikes, head butts by Gallagher, superkick by Carrillo and Mark hits stun dog millionaire. Gallagher cuts him off with a head butt and Carrillo then rolls him up for the win. Humberto Carrillo defeated Jack Gallagher, Mark Andrews, & James Drake @ 10:05 via pin [***] This was a good and fun opener, with a good pace and allowing everyone some time to shine.

– Post match, Carrillo and Gallagher shake hands.

– Ariya Daivari mocks Tony Nese for taking a match he doesn’t have to tonight ahead of their title match on Sunday.

– Nese responds, and says he could have taken the week off, but the fans expect more from him and can’t wait to face Ligero tonight. He didn’t become champion by taking it easy.

– We get a Ligero video package.

– Lucha House Party cut a promo accepting The Singhs challenge for next week.

Champion Tony Nese vs. Ligero: They shake hands and here we go. They lock up and work into counters, and Nese takes him down. Ligero fights to his feet. And they work to the ropes. They then trade cradles for near falls. They lock up and Nese follows with a shoulder tackle and the Gedo clutch for 2. Ligero picks up the pace and the RANA gets 2. He follows with chops, Nese fires back and follows with kicks and a leg sweep for2. They work to the floor and Ligero follows with a head scissors. Nese cuts off the dive, and then grounds the action. Ligero escapes but Nese cuts him off but Ligero cradle shim for 2. Nese hits the gut buster and grounds things again with the body scissors. Ligero tries to escape, does and follows with leg kicks. The head kick follows for 2. Nese fires back with strikes, a running kick and the spin kick gets 2. The running elbow follows, and then cuts off the cutter and misses the moonsault. Ligero follows with the top rope splash for 2. Ligero knocks him to the floor and follows with a tope. Back in and Nese cuts off Ligero and hits the RANA off the ropes for 2. Nese up top gets cut off and shoves Ligero off and the 450 gets 2. Nese is shocked. Nese picks him up, but Ligero cradles him for 2. Ligero looks for C4L, but Nese counters into a buckle bomb. The running Nese finishes it. Champion Tony Nese defeated Ligero @ 14:20 via pin [***¼] This was a good and competitive main event, but it never rally came close to hitting that next level to make it more than good.
