Details on The New WWE UK Deals
July 5, 2018 | Posted by
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the new WWE UK deals are for 24,000 pounds ($31,600 U.S), which would be up from the $20,000 deals the U.K. performers that originally signed were getting. WWE has the option of canceling at both the four-month and eight-month mark, likely as an out in case the ITV World of Sport venture flops as WWE’s UK project is a direct attack on that show. The contracts also ban talent from working for companies with television deals or major on-line followings on their off days, and in specific Revolution Pro and Defiant in the U.K. and companies like Impact, ROH and New Japan outside.
