– As we previously reported, the match between Taya Valkyrie and Rosemary was pulled from Bound for Glory. PWInsider added that Valkyrie would have no issues getting into Canada, since she was born there, but could have an issue getting back to the US. She is married to John Hennigan but the process to make her a permanent resident didn’t finish by the weekend. There was concern that due to the current Presidential administration, her return could be complicated, so the company decided to pull her from the card instead of taking a chance.

Michael Elgin had a similar situation with ROH which took weeks to settle, as he was stopped from returning to the US from Canada even though he married to a US citizen and had been living here. There is no heat on Taya for her situation and Impact plans to use her at the January tapings.

PWInsider reports that Ed Nordholm sent an email to the staff of the Impact Wrestling offices in Nashville that they will start “consolidating” with the Anthem office in Toronto. It was sent eight days ago. This will be the start of the physical office in Nashville, but that doesn’t have a set timeline. It’s unknown what this will mean for the Nashville office staff. Some could leave and others could work from home or move to Canada. Production of Impact is expected to stay in Nashville but that’s not confirmed. They’ve been slowly moving merchandise sales to a third party company, which will solve how orders are handled.

– Impact Wrestling Chief Financial Officer Dean Broadhead has been let go from the company after many years. He has been credited as the one who kept Impact afloat during a time of several financial issues. The move happened at the end of September.
