Having a difficult time processing this. I met Ryan on his first day in a wrestling class in 1999. We immediately became friends outside of the ring. Traveling partners, training partners & brothers. Both with the same dream. I’m sad, mad & numb. RIP Ryan. Photos via @madmadref https://t.co/bj5vWLp8Hm pic.twitter.com/8WMwdckW9G

Heart is hurting by the sudden passing of Ryan Sakoda. From our time in OVW to Smackdown he was always able to make me laugh like none other. His impressions hysterical & his smile contagious. Met Ryan in 2001 at UPW & he was always a friend. Grateful for the moments. R.I.P 💔

Ryan Sakoda was always a stand up guy. Warm smile, soft spoken and willing to help others. I didn't know Ryan outside of wrestling, but from what I'm reading and hearing, he was always that same class guy. #RIPKeijiSakoda
