Injury Update From Last Night’s Impact Tapings (SPOILERS)
PWinsider.com reports that Aerostar was banged up at last night’s impact Wrestling tapings. Here is their report on the situation…
Aerostar was banged up at last night’s Impact Wrestling taping in Orlando, Florida when he was too close to the corner when Andrew Everett performed a 450 splash off the top rope. Everett ended up coming down hard and drilled Aerostar in the mid-section, completely knocking the wind out of him. We were told it was a scary scene live and the crowd was eerily quiet, realizing something went wrong. We are told by sources that there was concern Aerostar had broken his ribs initially. He was down on the mat for a long time as officials checked on him and Taya Valkyrie (who speaks Spanish) translated for him, but Aerostar was finally walked out with the help of others. The last we had heard, Aerostar had not gone to the hospital to be checked out but was believed to have been OK, although he was said to be extremely sore.
