Injury Updates on Both Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter has updates on both Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre, who have been out with injuries since Survivor Series. Both wrestlers suffered ruptured eardrums at the show, but it’s believed to be a minor issue and they’ll be back soon.

Reigns is currently not advertised for any of the shows after Christmas, even at Madison Square Garden, which does include McIntyre.

McIntyre was hurt at the PPV but continued to work the next night at a live event in Portland. He didn’t know he was hurt until he was examined backstage, and was then medically disqualified on Monday. He was originally scheduled to team with Sheamus on tonight’s Smackdown against The Usos, but was replaced with Butch.
