Jennifer Hudson Ordered To Give Son To David Otunga For Thanksgiving
As we reported last week, David Otunga has split up with Jennifer Hudson and the two are in the middle of a custody battle over their 8-year-old son David Jr. Otunga was removed from the family home after Hudson got a restraining order, as she was afraid he would hurt her and their son. Otunga claimed that she was lying and trying to hurt him over their custody battle. TMZ reports that Otunga has managed to get a win in that battle as the judge has ordered he will get their son for Thanksgiving.
Otunga will be with his son from 3 PM tomorrow to 7 PM on Friday. There will also be a hearing on Monday in which Otunga will ask the judge to remove the order of protection. He will also ask for temporary custody, as he claims he’s the primary caregiver. Finally, he wants possession of the home, where he currently pays rent, during the two weeks Hudson will travel for work (November 26 – December 8).
