– As we move closer to WrestleMania, the rest of the card appears to be taking shape. However, with the event just a few weeks away, it’s still not clear what will be happening with John Cena at WrestleMania 35, if anything at all. According to a story by John Pollock on Post Wrestling, WWE does have a plan in place for Cena at WrestleMania. However, his opponent is currently unknown. One issue is apparently Cena’s availability for TV before the event, since he’s currently in the midst of a film shoot.

Cena has recently been mentioned on TV by both R-Truth and Samoa Joe. However, it’s been reported by the Observer that Cena facing either of those two would not happen.

At WrestleMania 34, The Undertaker defeated Cena in two minutes and 45 seconds. WrestleMania 35 is set for April 7 at the Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The event will be broadcast live on the WWE Network.
