– The Elite dropped episode 137 of Being the Elite earlier today (which you can see below). The episode featured The Young Bucks appearing at the Come Hell or High Water event and offering Fenix and Pentagon Jr. to wrestle in AEW on a handshake agreement. Wrestling free agent Kenny Omega also appears in the video and later tweeted and commented on the video and the handshake agreement, which you can see below.

After the episode dropped, Omega wrote on Twitter today, “Still a member of the cast. Tough decision, no wrong answer. #WeDoIt”

During the episode, Omega notices the countdown clock on his phone and calls Nick Jackson. Omega states that he’s in an interesting situation and has a tough decision to make. Omega and Jackson talk about going one route and then doing the other, and Kenny turns out to be referencing to the Resident Evil 2 video game and playing as Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield, while Nick gets very confused. He states, “I don’t play video games, Kenny.”

Obviously, Omega and Jackson played around with the language and Omega’s free agency status by making it a joke about playing Resident Evil 2.

Omega’s next move has been the talk of the industry in recent weeks. It’s heavily rumored he’s expected to sign with AEW. A likely place to announce that move would be at this week’s Double or Nothing Ticket Announcement Party set for February 7 in Las Vegas. Additionally, WWE reportedly made a “fantastic offer” to Omega.
