December 11, 2023 | Posted by
On the latest episode of his Kliq This podcast (per Wrestling Inc), WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash discussed the state of AEW and WWE heading into 2024. Here are some of the highlights:
Kevin Nash on AEW’s signing of Chris Jericho: “[Chris] Jericho was the first major star to sign with AEW. He [has] said actually they have far [exceeded their initial expectations] at this point.”
On AEW’s talent losses this year compared to WWE’s additions: “[WWE is] back on bedrock again,” Nash continued. “The shows are really solid, but you look at it for five years, and there were some points where [AEW] made some runs. … By losing Jade [Cargill] and losing [CM Punk], it’s not gonna [be good].”
