Various News: Konosuke Takeshita Headed Back to Japan, This Week’s Being the Elite

Konosuke Takeshita is on his way back to Japan for a show in August, but he hopes to be back in the US soon. Takeshita, who has made some positive waves for his work while on excursion to the US in companies like AEW, DEFY, and TERMINUS, posted to Twitter on Monday to note that he is returning to Japan for DDT Pro’s Wrestle PeterPan on August 20th. He wrote:

“Your support really encouraged me!!

I have to go back to Japan at the DDT big show on August 20. I don’t have much time left in the US. I hope to come back to here soon and I hope you all feel the same way.”

Takeshita last competed on AEW TV in the main event of this week’s AEW Dark: Elevation, defeating JD Drake.
