La Sombra Congratulated by CMLL Stars Over NXT Debut

– The Wrestling Observer reports that Manny Andrade — the former La Sombra — received a much warmer reaction from his former co-workers for his NXT debut than the original Sin Cara did. The site reports that many CMLL stars sent congratulatory messages to Andrade following his house show debut on January 8th and that everyone is hoping he finds success with WWE. By comparison, most didn’t seem to care whether the original Sin Cara made it or not.

Part of the reason is simply that Andrade is liked more, but there is also some hope that if he does well in WWE it could lead to more Mexican wrestlers being brought into WWE. Andrade is said to be working diligantly on his English, something that Cara never did.
