Showbuzz Daily has the overnight ratings for last night’s special late Tuesday night episode of AEW Dynamite. Last night’s episode finished an overnight audience of 585,000 viewers.

In terms of the P18-49 key ratings demo, the show managed to surpass or match the ratings for NXT in the same key demo in recent months. The show finished with a 0.26 rating and still hit the Top 10 for the Cable Top 150 rankings for Tuesday night. The episode aired on TNT following the NBA Playoffs game between the LA Lakers and Denver Nuggets and a post-show recap.

As a result, Dynamite had a strong lead-in for the late night episode because the NBA game on TNT topped the ratings and viewership for the night with a 2.04 rating in the key demo and 4.828 million viewers. The post-show edition of Inside the NBA Playoffs before Dynamite on TNT was No. 2 in the ratings for the evening with a 0.78 rating and 1.743 million viewers.

AEW Dynamite managed to rank No. 9 with its ratings performance for last night’s special episode, so the show was still solidly in the ratings Top 10 for the cable networks for the night. The show will be back on for its regular primetime two-hour time slot tonight on TNT opposite NXT on the USA Network.
