In a recent interview on Out of Character with Ryan Satin, Liv Morgan discussed her mindset entering her Extreme Rules Match with Ronda Rousey, whether she thinks she’s the underdog in the match, and much more. You can read her comments below.

Liv Morgan on her mindset entering her Extreme Rules Match with Ronda Rousey: “That’s what I loved about WWE growing up. I loved extreme rules, I loved the Dudley Boyz, I loved the Hardy Boyz, I loved Edge and Christian. I loved the TLC match at WrestleMania 17. I just loved all the hardcore stuff. So, when people actually question, ‘Liv, you want Ronda [Rousey] in an Extreme Rules Match?’ I’m like, ‘This is literally my dream.’ This is my home here. This is what I do, this is where I come from. Why would anyone think I don’t have a leg up in the competition?”

On whether she thinks she’s the underdog in the match: “I don’t know, but I don’t feel like the underdog, especially going into this match. This is where I thrive, this is where Liv Morgan thrives. I think I’ve discovered myself to be a bit of a masochist. Not as much as, ‘I like the pain,’ but like, ‘Can I have more?’ Bring it, I want to see what can keep me down. I’m excited for the challenge of Extreme Rules, I really am, and I’m willing to take any and all the pain….I feel excited. I’m not nervous, I feel happy. I’m like, ‘Thank you for the opportunity, thank you for allowing me to do this.’ I threw down the challenge and it was accepted, and here we go, my first-ever Extreme Rules Match. I couldn’t be more happy. Last year I was on the pre-show, and here I am defending my SmackDown Women’s Championship against Ronda Rousey in an Extreme Rules Match. It’s insane.”
