Various News: Madison Rayne Released From Ring of Honor, Complete Field For ECWA Super 8 Tournament, Becky Lynch Tweets About Life In Jail
– PWInsider reports that Madison Rayne has been granted a release from Ring of Honor and is done with the company. She was reportedly unhappy with her creative direction and after meeting with ROH officials the decision was made to part ways. It was said to be an amicable parting and Rayne is free to wrestle anywhere she wants. She signed with ROH back in September.
– The 2019 East Coast Wrestling Association Super 8 tournament will have a theme this year in that all talent will be second and third generation wrestlers. It happens on April 20 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at the South Philadelphia High School. Here’s the full lineup:
*Brian Pillman Jr., the son of Brian Pilman.
*Colby Corino, the son of Steve Corino.
*Ross Von Erich, the son of Kevin Von Erich.
*Marshall Von Erich, the son of Kevin Von Erich.
*Timothy Zbyszko, the son of Larry Zbyszko.
*Lance Anoa’i, the son of Sami Anoa’i.
*Wes Brisco, the son of Gerald Brisco.
*Leland Race, the son of Harley Race.
