Mandy Rose Makes Her Return on Raw (Video)
– The Golden Goddess is back. In case you missed last night’s Raw, Mandy Rose made her return to TV during the show. She’d recently been off due to a shoulder injury suffered before Survivor Series last month. Mandy Rose came out to help Dana Brooke after a match between Brooke and Shayna Baszler ended in disqualification, and Baszler and Nia Jax attempted to further assault Brooke.
Asuka also came out to help Mandy Rose repel the attack from the women’s tag team champions. Additionally, Lana was taken out of the scheduled women’s tag team title match at TLC 2020 where she was set to team with Asuka against Nia Jax and Baszler for the belts.
Despite picking up a win over Nia Jax, Lana received a post-match attack at the hands of Jax and Baszler, resulting in her being taken to a local medical facility and no longer being cleared to compete at TLC. As a result, Asuka needs a new partner for the title match. The change was noted on commentary, perhaps teasing that Rose could be Lana’s replacement for Sunday’s pay-per-view event.
