– Matt Hardy has posted to Twitter claiming that the supporting Broken Universe characters didn’t sign releases authorizing their use in TNA media. Hardy posted the following, after Nordholm said in an interview last month that he feels GFW has ownership of the gimmick:
FUN FACT-Benjamin, Maxel & Scribe weren't paid & DID NOT sign releases from TNA/GFW to allow their images to be aired on ANY media, esp TV. pic.twitter.com/W8fVhpKehk

The Hardys and GFW have been at odds regarding the gimmick since the team left for WWE. Reby Hardy discussed the legal matters in an interview late last month.
