Mercedes Mone on Learning From Tony Khan, Praises His Work Ethic

– During a recent interview with Battleground Podcast, AEW star and TBS Champion Mercedes Mone spoke about learning from her boss, AEW CEO Tony Khan. She said the following on Khan (via Fightful):

“He’s an awesome billionaire. I get to learn from him every single week and just how he gets to treat people alone. Legit leaving the arena, he’ll say bye to every single worker that’s working backstage. He is just the most amazing person ever, and just him as a boss alone is just great. You can see that when you watch AEW. It’s just the best company ever, and the best wrestlers just want to be here.”

At AEW Full Gear 2024, Mercedes Mone will defend her title against former TBS Champion Kris Statlander. The event is scheduled for Saturday, November 23 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. It will be broadcast live on pay-per-view.
