WWE News: Former GM Mike Adamle Talks CTE on Today, Mark Andrews Promotes 205 Live Debut
– Former Raw General Manager Mike Adamle appeared on NBC’s Today, talking with Megyn Kelly about CTE. You can see Adamle’s appearance in the below video. Adamle has symptoms of CTE as well as epilepsy, which he belives was caused by his NFL career. Adamle was in the league for six years before becoming an announcer.
– Mark Andrews spoke with Sky Sports promoting his 205 Live debut next week against Akira Tozawa. Andrews is competing against Tozawa in the first round of the WWE Cruiserweight Championship Tournament and told the site that he wants to make a big statement about Wales and wrestling.
“I have a big opportunity here not to put just the UK on the map for wrestling but to put Wales on the map for wrestling,” Andrews said. “I want to make south Wales known for wrestling and I want to make Wales known for Mark Andrews.”
