It was reported yesterday that MLW will return to live events on July 10 at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia with fans in attendance. This will be the start of the company’s new season, as the current season ends on May 5. PWInsider reports that the company has several protocols for COVID-19 safety in place for when they start allowing fans back into their shows. They include:

* There will be temperature checks for everyone entering the building.

* Masks are required at all times for everyone attending.

* Seating will be socially distanced, with fans allowed to sit with their party but they will follow CDC guidelines to keep them away from other fans.

* There will be hand sanitizing stations in the 2300 Arena.

* There will be two COVID compliance officers in attendance.

MLW plans to follow whatever protocols are set by the city of Philadelphia and the state of Pennsylvania. The current guidelines, as of April 4, say that indoor dining has increased to 75% capacity and bars can re-open. Personal service facilities, gyms and entertainment facilities (like casinos, theaters and malls) can open at 75% capacity. Indoor event capacity has increased from 15% to 25% while outdoor events has increased from 20% to 50%. Indoor capacity is expected to go up to 35% on April 30.

The 2300 Arena recently replaced all of its air filters with HEPA grade filters. They also added UV lights in the air system.
