MLW Reportedly In Talks For New Media Rights Deal
July 1, 2022 | Posted by
The Wrestling Observer Newsetter reports that Major League Wrestling (MLW) is in talks for a new media rights deal that would reportedly be announced and start in the fall. MLW is said to want to do a “big kick off” but can’t do anything until the contract is signed and announced. There is still the possibility the talks could fall through.
MLW recently cancelled a show on July 16 in Cicero, IL, and that is said to be because of the new deal. MLW reportedly doesn’t want to tape again until right before the deal would start.
Their next taping is scheduled for August 27 in El Paso.
