New Lawsuit Expected to Move Forward Against Vince McMahon & WWE

– PWInsider reports that an individual who is a party in a potential WWE shareholder derivative lawsuit that was announced last June 2022 by Scott and Scott has been informed from an email from their lawyers that they expect to move forward on a lawsuit against WWE.

The email notes that after Vince McMahon recently forced his way back onto the WWE by way of the board of directors, the law firm believes there is enough of a basis to bring about a breach of a fiduciary lawsuit. The law firm is also seeking to file a complaint against McMahon and other board members and officers for breaching their fiduciary duties. Last June, Scott & Scott Attorneys at Law announced an investigation into WWE if certain company directors and officers had breached their fiduciary duties to the company and its shareholders. Around that time, multiple law firms announced investigations into McMahon for violations of federal securities laws.
