Rey Mysterio has filed for a trademark for “Prince Mysterio” with the United States Patent and Trademark Office under his real name of Oscar Gutierrez on March 12. The trademark is for “clothing, namely, tank tops, t-shirts, shirts, sport shirts, polo shirts, undershirts, sweatshirts, pullovers, jackets, pants, jogging suits, exercise pants, sweatpants, shorts, underwear, boxer shorts, socks, pajamas, belts, gloves, Halloween and masquerade costumes, wrist bands, bandannas; footwear, namely, shoes, sneakers, slippers; headwear, namely, hats, caps. Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network.”

He already has trademarks for “Principe Mysterio,” “Greatest Mask Of All Time,” “GMOAT,” and “Rey Mysterio.”
