UPDATED: Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt Pulled From WWE TLC, Major Changes Being Made To Card, Kurt Angle Set To Wrestle

UPDATED: PWInsider adds that WWE has requested many other wrestlers that are scheduled to compete at WWE TLC get medical testing out of fear that they also have contracted whatever Bo Dallas and Bray Wyatt have. As noted, ring announcer JoJo was pulled from RAW and sent home; she is the real-life girlfriend of Bray Wyatt.

WWE is not likely to announce anything about this other than that there is a medical issue and talent had to be pulled due to HIPAA laws.

Breaking news: Kurt Angle will return to action and replace Roman Reigns at WWE TLC; AJ Styles to battle “The Demon” Finn Bálor
Due to medical issues impacting two WWE Superstars scheduled to appear at WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs, streaming live on WWE Network this Sunday, the special event will now feature Kurt Angle competing in a WWE ring for the first time in more than 11 years, as he replaces Roman Reigns. In addition, former WWE Champion AJ Styles will replace Bray Wyatt and face “The Demon” Finn Bálor.

A WWE Hall of Famer and the current General Manager of Raw, Angle will join forces with Raw Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose to battle the daunting combination of Braun Strowman, Intercontinental Champion The Miz, Cesaro, Sheamus and The Big Red Machine Kane in a Tables, Ladders & Chairs 5-on-3 Handicap Match.

The showdown between “The Demon” and Styles is one that the WWE Universe has been wanting for a long time and promises to be one of the most exciting matches of 2017.

ORIGINAL: PWInsider reports that Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt have been pulled from WWE TLC, which was set to happen Sunday in Minneapolis.

Bray Wyatt was has been off the road for weeks (along with ring announcer Jojo) as a precautionary measure after his brother Bo Dallas contracted a “communicable disease” that is believed to be viral meningitis. Since he hasn’t been cleared, his match with Finn Balor is cancelled. AJ Styles will replace Wyatt in the match, giving fans a first-time ever encounter.

Meanwhile, Roman Reigns was pulled from the show due to an undisclosed medical issue. In a HUGE announcement, Kurt Angle will replace Reigns in the main event TLC match, his first time competing in a WWE ring since 2006.
