The Hannibal TV recently interviewed former WWE Superstar Marty Jannetty, who used to team with WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels in The Rockers. During the interview, Michaels discussed the infamous story where Michaels got into a fight and was beat up by a group of marines. You can check out that video of Jannetty discussing the incident below.

According to Janetty, the fight with Michaels and the Marines was “actually just one guy.” Jannetty stated on the incident, “I don’t want to be disrespectful because I love Shawn. I love him; he’s my boy. Syracuse, where he got in a fight with all those Marines, it was actually just one guy.”

Davey Boy Smith was also apparently present when the fight happened, and the other marines were holding him back. Smith was trying to find the 1-2-3 Kid (Sean Waltman) and saw that Waltman was apparently “checking the muffler” of a rent-a-car. Also, Waltman apparently did not get involved because he had his knuckles wrapped with tape and didn’t want to hurt anyone by punching them.
