Shinsuke Nakamura Says He Hasn’t Been in Contact With NJPW, Will Probably Re-Sign With WWE
August 17, 2018 | Posted by
– Shinsuke Nakamura spoke with Sky Sports and shot down a rumor that NJPW reached out to try and bring him back when his contract expires. Nakamura addressed reports from last month that New Japan wanted to bring Nakamura back into the company due in part to the fact that his name value is much higher since he debuted with WWE.
Nakamura told the outlet, “New Japan didn’t contact me.” He went on to say that he will probably re-sign with WWE when his contract expires (reportedly in January), depending on how the money is.
