Thekla Challenges Athena To ROH Women’s World Title Match After STARDOM New Year Dream

Thekla laid out a challenge to Athena for the ROH Women’s World Title after they teamed up at STARDOM New Year’s Dream. As noted, the two teamed up at STARDOM’s event on Friday to defeat Tay Melo and Mina Shirakawa. The two got into an argument after the match and in a video posted by STARDOM, Thekla walked into a backstage interview for Athena and the back and forth led to a challenge being issued by Thekla for the title.

Athena laughed it off and called Thekla “trash,” saying “absolutely not” to which Thekla responded, “We’ll see about that.”
