AEW News: TNT Touts 7 Million Viewers For Dynamite, Inner Circle Crashes Pro Wrestling Tees In Seconds, Tony Khan Celebrates Birthday
– TNT aired a spot last night claiming that the first episode of AEW Dynamite brought in 7 million viewers. The official rating for the 7 PM ET episode was 1.409 million viewers, but the 7 million number is likely a total including replays and DVR viewings.
– After Chris Jericho revealed last night that his new group is called the Inner Circle, there was a plug for merchandise on ProWrestlingTees.com. PWInsider reports that within seconds the website crashed after the shirt was mentioned.
