– Arn Anderson, Cody and possibly Conrad Thompson have applied for new wrestling-related trademarks. PWInsider reports that Anderson applied to trademark his wrestling name on March 9th with the intended use described as “Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer.”

In addition, Cody applied for two trademarks on March 10th, one for “The American Dream” and another for “The American Nightmare.” Both trademarks are for essentially the same as Anderson’s, meaning wrestling and personal appearances, though Cody’s also adds “providing podcasts in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment.”

Finally, the Alabama-based company “Toot Toot” applied on March 10th to trademark “Four Horsemen” for merchandise including “Hooded sweatshirts; Shirts; Athletic shirts; Sports shirts; T-shirts; Tee shirts” along with wrestling and personal appearances. Toot Toot has the same address that Conrad Thompson gave when applying for trademarks for “83 Weeks”, “Something to Wrestle” and “Starrcast,” so assumedly he is the one behind the Horsemen trademark.

Anderson was released from WWE late last month after eighteen years, reportedly over an incident in which he allowed Alicia Fox to work a match while impaired.
