February 5, 2021 | Posted by
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that a trial date has been set for the lawsuit between Vince McMahon and former XFL commissioner Oliver Luck. The trial will happen on October 8, although it may be settled before then.
Luck is suing McMahon for the $23.8 million he hasn’t been paid from his $35 million contract, while McMahon is countersuing Luck for abandoning his job during the pandemic, as well as signing Antonio Callaway, going against McMahon wanting a “high caliber of character” for his players.
