Tyrus Says He’s Not Working GFW Tapings Due to Mistreatment
Tyrus has announced on his Twitter account that he will not be working the Impact Wrestling tapings in Orlando this week due to what he perceives as mistreatment by the company. You can see the video below, in which the GFW star says he and his fans have been “handcuffed and treated like a second-class citizen creatively” over the last several weeks.
Tyrus said that he has been “playing phone tag” with GFW officials and isn’t happy, so he’s decided to release the video to announce that he won’t be at the tapings. He declared himself on “hold-out” status and said he won’t return until he gets treated right.
Tyrus has been working for GFW/TNA since 2014.
