WWE Applies For Tribute to The Troops Trademark, Opposing One For Wrestler

– WWE has applied to trademark “The Most Patriotic Show on Television,” which is obviously for their annual Tribute to the Troops show, and this year’s airs tonight.
– WWE is opposing Mudder Technology (a company based in Hong Kong) who have applied for a U.S. Trademark for the word “wrestler” for use with cases for smartphones and other smart devices. WWE has requested for an extension to file an opposition.
