WWE Confirms The Hart Foundation Being Inducted Into WWE Hall of Fame

WWE.com has confirmed that The Hard Foundation (Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart) are set to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame on April 6th. It was previously reported that Jimmy Hart would also be inducted as part of the group, but that doesn’t appear to be the case.

Bret Hart told Yahoo Sports how emotional the news is for him. Hart is now a two-time inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame.

“It was very emotional for me,” Hart said. “It really means a lot to me and I think it would mean a lot to my late tag partner, who would be really honored to be in the Hall of Fame. I think we both were really proud of our work as a team. I had hoped for years that we would get inducted together and get to go on stage together, but that’s not going to happen now. Emotionally, I feel really proud and I’m glad to get a chance to speak for Jim and I know he’ll be listening.”

Neidhart passed away in 2018 at age 63.
