Former WWE Live Events Marketing Executive Joins AEW

– Rafael Morfi has announced on Twitter that he’s joining All Elite Wrestling (AEW). Morfi previously worked as the Senior Director of Live Event Marketing for WWE. His previous experience includes working with the New York Mets team before he joined WWE. PWInsider reports that Morfi will be handling live events for AEW.

Morfi’s other wrestling experience includes working with Impact Wrestling, MLW, House of Hardcore, Legends of Wrestling, and more. PWInsider also notes that Morfi is well liked and respected within the industry, and he was at last month’s AEW Double or Nothing event. He’s reportedly going to play an important role with the company moving forward.
