WWE Files Trademark For Bo Dallas

– WWE has filed a new trademark request for Bo Dallas, which surprisingly was not currently trademarked by the company. The company filed the request on February 7th for the usual intended purposes: “Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service.”
WWE previously had a trademark for Dallas’ name, but according to the US Patent & Trademark Office, the trademark was abandoned on November 27th, 2018 after the mark was refused by the USPTO. The refusal stated that the original application did not properly provide evidence that the name qualified for a trademark.
