WWE News: Booker and Sharmell to Renew Vows, Stamboli Correction, More

-According to South Africa’s Independent Online , King Booker and Queen Sharmell will renew their wedding vows in a traditional Zulu ceremony that will see members of the Zulu royal family and top city officials attend. According to the story the couple is doing this so that King Booker may “get back to his roots.”

-In a correction to stories going around, Johnny Stamboli has not re-signed with WWE. He is currently booked to go on the road with the company for several weeks as an extended tryout next month but has not signed a full WWE deal.

-John Cena is slated to make an appearance on 9.15.07 at the Food Lion AutoFair at Lowe’s Motor Speedway.

-WWE has announced that the September 29th Utica, New York event has been rescheduled for January of 2008.

-OVW/WWE Developmental star Chet the Jet had his hair shaved on OVW TV this week, which will lead to a gimmick change for him.
