WWE News: Media Outlet Working on Story About Racist Promos, Tian Bing Inspired By Jinder Mahal
– A writer for the Washington Post is working on a potential story about racist promos after a Jinder Mahal promo on Shinsuke Nakamura was criticized by those in attendance. Mahal’s promo on Nakamura from last night’s Smackdown got a “that’s too far” chant from the crowd after he referred to his Hell in a Cell opponent as “Mr. Miyagi.”
The Post’s Marissa Payne posted to Twitter asking fans at the arena to contact her for the story. Payne is a sports writer for the Post who is a wrestling fan and has previously covered the industry for the site.
If anyone was at last night's WWE #SmackDownLIVE in Oakland, please contact me for a story about racist promos. [email protected]

– Tian Bing spoke with the South China Morning Post for a new interview after beating Aiden English at Sunday’s WWE live event in Shenzen, China. Big said that he’s using Jinder Mahal’s rise to the top of the card as inspiration.
“Jinder Mahal, the WWE champion, can have great influence in his country,” said Bing. “He can make WWE crazy and famous in his country. I also have my own target for myself. Everyone wants that dream, to be the famous player.”
