WWE News: ‘In Storyline’ Note on Robert Roode TV Status, Joaquin Wilde on 205 Live Debut, Smackdown and 205 Live Video Highlights
– During last night’s edition of Smackdown, Michael Cole said Robert Roode was out of action due to an injury. As previously reported, WWE publicly confirmed a wellness policy suspension of 30 days for Roode earlier this month.
Robert Roode last appeared on the Nov. 29 edition of Smackdown, where the WWE did a stretcher job on Roode, who was then attacked by Roman Reigns while he was being taken out on a stretcher. This explains his in-storyline TV absence.
– During last night’s WWE 205 Live, Joaquin Wilde made his debut on the show and defeated local talent James Tapia. WWE later released a post-show interview with Wilde, which you can see below.
