WWE Not Planning a Shane McMahon vs. Daniel Bryan Match At This Time
December 7, 2017 | Posted by
According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, while WWE is building a Shane McMahon vs. Daniel Bryan feud on Smackdown, they aren’t planning a match between the two at this time because Daniel Bryan has not been medically cleared. There was talk that he was cleared, due to the announcement Bryan will be working as a special referee later this month, but that is not the case. Vince McMahon has made it clear to Bryan that the decision will come from Dr. Joseph Maroon whether he gets cleared to return or not. If he gets cleared, there has been some talk of him wrestling at SummerSlam and working a limited schedule after that.
