UPDATE: WWE Has Not Released Lio Rush

UPDATE: Lio Rush has removed all references to WWE on his Twitter, outside of a pinned tweet about his NXT signing. He also changed his hometown from Orlando to Baltimore, which is where he lived before signing with NXT. Here are his most recent tweets:

Original: According to PWinsider.com, while there had been rumors that he was done, Lio Rush has not been released by WWE. Rush had reportedly been in trouble since joking about Emma’s release on social media. WWE signed Rush back on August 21st. We apologize for any confusion with our previous post.
