January 12, 2018 | Posted by
According to PWinsider.com, WWE is opposing a ‘Cactus Jack’ trademark that rapper Travis Scott is attempting to register for music production purposes. Scott has a ‘Cactus Jack Records’ music label as well as uses a ‘Cactus Jack’ nickname sometimes. WWE does not have an active ‘Cactus Jack’ trademark; they did have one that was abandoned in 2010. The Cactus Jack name was created by Mick Foley and has been used by Foley since he first debuted in wrestling.
