– According to the official Sky Wrestling Germany Facebook page, the network will no longer be airing WWE shows and pay-per-view cards following March. Instead, Sky Germany will now air All Elite Wrestling (AEW) programming. You can read a Facebook-translated version of the full statement from Sky Germany (Sky Deutschland) below.

WWE and Sky Germany previously entered into a multi-year agreement in November 2016.

For months there have been speculation and rumors about the future of WWE at Sky Deutschland. Here’s our official statement on the topic:

“The transfer rights to WWE pay-per-view events were no longer part of the tender and therefore no longer available for Sky Deutschland. As a result, the WWE will no longer be part of Sky Deutschland’s program offer from the end of March.”

Sky customers can still look forward to the best wrestling entertainment. All Elite Wrestling (AEW) pay-per view events will be available shortly on Sky Select.

The weekly flagship show ‘AEW Dynamite’ of the series, founded in 2019 has been broadcasting Sky Partner Network TNT series since October (Fridays, 21.50 pm). The station can be found linear and via Sky Go as part of the Sky Entertainment package. Also, it is included in the entertainment ticket of the monthly cancellable streaming service Sky ticket.”
