We reported last month that WWE would return to Saudi Arabia on May 3, their third event in the country after the Greatest Royal Rumble and Crown Jewel. However, that won’t be their only event in the country in 2019. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that WWE will also hold a show in the country on November 1, but a venue was not listed.

The Observer notes that the May and November dates in Saudi Arabia will cut down on the number of dates in Europe for both tours during those months and allow the company to focus on larger venues. This is reportedly why average European attendance was up last year while big venues individually were down. The 3,000 to 5,000 seat shows that hurt the average are the shows that WWE is cutting back on, according to the report.
