WWE Smackdown Rating Hits Three-Week High, Audience Down
Last week’s WWE Smackdown saw its ratings rise, while the total audience was down from the week before. Friday’s episode scored a 0.62 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic and 2.128 million viewers per Wrestlenomics. Those numbers were up 3.3% and down 0.9% respectively from the previous week’s 0.60 demo rating and audience of 2.148 million.
Friday’s show was the best demo rating for the show since the April 19th episode did a 0.63, while the total viewership was the lowest of the year. The show was up against the NBA Playoffs on ESPN, where the New York Knicks vs. Indiana Pacers game brought a 1.37 demo rating and 4.491 million viewers. The NHL game on TNT between the Florida Panthers and Boston Bruins did a 0.34 demo rating and 1.246 million viewers.
Smackdown is averaging a 0.667 demo rating and 2.370 million viewers in 2024 to date, compared to a 0.599 demo rating and 2.328 million for the same point in 2023.
