Last week’s WWE Smackdown lost a bit in both the ratings and viewership from the previous week. Friday night’s episode brought in a 0.44 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic and 1.927 million viewers, down 10.2% and 7.9% respectively from the previous week’s 0.49 demo rating and 2.093 million viewers. The demo rating was the lowest for the show since the May 27th episode scored a 0.43, while the total audience was the worst since the June 10th episode drew 1.914 million.

Despite the slip, Smackdown still topped the night among all shows on TV per Showbuzz Daily, just ahead of the 8:37 PM ET NFL preseason game on NFL Network (0.42 demo rating/1.361 million viewers).

Smackdown is averaging a 0.518 demo rating and 2.129 million viewers for 2022 to date, compared to a 0.561 demo rating and 2.108 million viewers for the same time period in 2021.
