A new Fightful Select report revealed a few backstage industry details that you can find below:
– Bianca Belair, Asuka, and Charlotte Flair reportedly were not present for the Dayton, OH SmackDown show before Summerslam. Sources indicate the three were actually working on Summerslam preparations in Detroit at the time.
– Sources also revealed WWE’s recent hiring of Jeremy Marcus as a referee for NXT has left NJPW’s United States sector without their head of admin. Marcus had formerly held that title for the promotion before departing for WWE.
– While he is not scheduled to appear in the ring, Bryan Danielson will reportedly be in London this weekend during All In at Wembley.
